- NOLA Jazz and Heritage Festival is the most renowned music festival in NOLA and much more than Jazz alone!
- Mardi Gras which is a season of parades and other celebrations ending on Fat Tuesday, which is a different date every year, so check the schedule!
- French Quarter Festival for music and culture which is smaller and more compact than Jazz Fest and showcases Louisiana Music!

Healthy Activities are Important if you Indulge in NOLA:
Walk as much as possible when exploring but remember that it is easy to get lost in the Big Easy because it is not laid out like most cities!Woldenberg Park or Audubon Park are great places for a casual run to work of the calories of all the delicious food and drink without having to worry about the potholes!

- Book a cemetery tour to see the unique cemeteries in NOLA!
- Take a River Cruise and tour the Chalmette Battlefield to learn about the 1815 Battle of New Orleans
